good morning Mr Fish
Hams...and Kabana.... these are on the list
of have to do, to learn
ps .... my Bratwurst pork sausage
with cheese added seems
to be in demand from friends
and a winner here at home
but again no money or even wine offered
speaking of Hams
some years ago I had the gross pleasure of eating a couple of slices of ..... in Japan
" Jamón Ibérico de Bellota
While
Jamón Ibérico de Bellota is the most expensive ham in the world, there are other varieties of Spanish ham that are also highly prized and luxurious. Jamón Ibérico de Recebo is another type of Iberian ham that is slightly less expensive than Jamón Ibérico de Bellota but still considered a delicacy.2"
and carved in its cradle, right in front of me
by a very old carver man
for those that dont know
you have to do a couple of years apprentice in ham carving to be allowed to carve one of these Hams
he carved the ham that thin you could clearly see through the slice
at that point, I now consider all other Hams... well junk and I like all hams
this was amazing, beyond what you would ever think a Ham could taste like
ps
trust this post was acceptable to you Ms Controller of the general thread, Tau ??
