If I’d have grated the carrot and used a stick blender thru about 50% of the volume of the cooked mix, you’d barely notice any green or orange stuff … but there was no stick blender or even a masher in our Noosa apartment … it always amazes me how much green stuff can disappear into a good bolognese mix 8))
