Trouble for us Justis, is our oven is buggered. It only operates on one temperature now, which is quite high. We need to get a nice new cooker, I am eyeing up these rather expensive Falcon ones. They are very similar to the AGA which we had in England. Lovely cast iron and two ovens.
I really enjoy slow cooking. Spud shed have had mutton recently, full of flavour.
