I'd be happy with no refund, so long as they Stop sucking blood (taxes) out of me until the day I go in the ground.
A self funded retiree imo, should = zero tax.
Once Upon a Time, they upped income tax to cover peoples future pension, a bit like the English one, but magically that seems to have vanished, money gone down a black hole, records of it, as well I expect.
