    Presidents have Constitutional immunity, always have done, this is the first time it's been questioned i think, thus the ruling, i think thats whats happened but it will get painted in other ways in the media but they are politically bias and don't explain the Constitution to people, Trump should never have been charged in the first place, it's all been a smere campaign.

    It doesn't mean a President has absolute immunity, it's Congresses job to prosecute the President for crimes, they get impeached in the House and then convicted in the Senate, it has to be this way because to stop political witch-hunts and weaponization of the judical system like we are seeing now and that ensures democracy and stops us being like China or Russia and locking up political opposition, the media doesn't explain it properly and shows the founders who wrote the Constitution had great vision.

    Anyway, just thought i'd try and explain it better.
