Yes he was and had a great personality but was rather cheeky too. He would sneak past me and dash out the front door, I soon learnt not to chase after him as he would go for a run then 5-10 minuets latter he would tap at the front door to be let in.

I was under the impression/told he was a Pomeranian but he was too big to be a Pom, worked out that Pom's were breed from German Spitzto be smaller. I'd say a Pomeranian would be a great dog for you, at around $1k they are bit cheaper too
