Japan down a lot, futures down some more for Monday start too, Nikkei biggest fall since Oct 1987 and i think it was only 20% drop back then and we didn't have all this debt we do today, hard to cut rates (japan is raising them) with all this inflation, BoE head honcho says we not going back to zero so if your dreaming zero theres no point or something like that.
If Biden admin is spending a trillion every hundred days, which it is, how much more are they gunna need to spend to hold it all up?
And how are all these banks going to go if the economy slows with so much leverage in the system?
Anyway, you's also know i'm a perma bear ... until i'm not i guess so just my pessimistic outlook/possible scenario....
Will the Fed panic, cut rates and then inflation rebound hard? .... Like it did in the 60-70's? or did they learn?
Time will tell.
The good news here is cocoa prices are falling, i like falling prices, much better than rising prices especially when it comes to chocolate.
