I am sure that it is part of her beliefs. Is she a Buddhist?
Vegetarian I can cope with as most of them eat fish and chicken, eggs and dairy.
True veganism is really hard to fathom.
Anyway we have just made ourselves a chicken low carb bun for lunch and taken 2 t-bones out of the freezer for dinner.
