Tulsi is Hindu or her family is raised as that. They are meat eaters but she was raised vegetarian. Could also have been a budget conscious choice on behalf of the parents. My friend also chose that because meat was expensive and they had a huge mortgage. Once the kids grew though they made their own choices and they now include meat.
Have no idea what we're having tonight. Probably lamb with stir fry. Have a heap of spinach to pick.
