They've got a lakes, one with a border running through the middle so maybe one or two is ok for defense?
We've got massive borders to secure and defend with ocean all around, we should have had them decades ago imo.
It's nice to think we live in a peaceful world but when you actually have a look out the window you might find it's actually something else, unpredictable too.
