I can see why some may think age but don't think age has much to do with it, It's his company selling not him, companies live forever if managed correctly they don't get tired and wear out.
Berkshire is increasing it's cash position. Reasons? ... I think it's because it's so hard to find value in shares at these prices imo. However opinions vary and thats ok because thats what makes a market.
