Yeh, thats right, the brisket craze helps the yield thats for sure, they're even getting $13 or more for short ribs Lol. $13 is a cheap price too, i see it being sold for a fair bit more than that around the place.
Saves trimming it all for premo mince and sausages/burgers, less wages, bigger return, happy shoppers is always a good thing.
