Try and find a butcher that bones his own beef with a carcass weight of under 160kg and your rump steak will be nice, supermarket rump is crap. If i find a discounted rib on the bone i buy those from supermarket but they are becoming harder to find because the packaging they use these days makes it easier for them to manage the stock levels, i'm surprised they are allowed to use such thick plastic packaging yet a customer not allowed to use a light weight plastic bag, they force us to use a paper bag and fill it full of plastic wrapped products instead.....
