From where I'm sitting, scam under plays it, re the matter I ref, it is likely going to be deemed fraudulent, which is greater than misleading and deceptive conduct. There are around 15 defendants up against ASIC. Huge sums of funds lost at a Casio it seems, it was them that put ASIC on to it.
