I think EV's are only just beginning. Tariffs may work in some but I doubt he'll be able to control it this time. I think the change is happening. Tariffs haven't worked with Russia. The other countries can just keep trading with themselves anyway.

I see Google has contracted on small modular nuclear energy for it's Ai/Data centres.....
They use a lot of power night and day.
