We bought one in the 90's that won the Ekka show, it was expensive, from memory it was like $3/kg instead of 2.20/kg or something. I imagine all dressed and quartered and delivered to the shop these days it would be at least $5 kg....
Double muscle limos by the sounds of it, sometimes they get a double muscle round the outside muscle or somewhere round there, always lean Limo's, too lean for sausages, Limo's is all one or two butchers i know of sell, they swear by it, i think it's sometimes great and sometimes a bit iffy especially if one over cooks it but all in all pretty good.
