a ramble ...wherever and whoever you are ? cherish the good memories and moments in life and try and put the difficult ones behind...as I age ,I am realizing how quickly ones body can ,for lack of words.......deteriate ...So !! as Norm used to say ...Slap on the Suncream and Slap on a Hat !!.oh !! and get off the couch ( or in our time ..the uter ) ...enjoy tomorrow's .................
