Dexter's can be black or red.
Supposed to be dual purpose for meat and milk.
They have fairly nasty horns too.
Not had much to do with them but hobby farmers usually go for these smaller breeds.
If you want a nasty black beast you can't go past a Waygu or Japanese jersey as we call them.
Still at the end of the day cattle often respond to the way they are handled.
They definately recognise someone new in the yards.
