atm, with the key core false roots nearly all swallow, it is impossible for them to be of God, not because I say so, but the clear language of the Bible.
They would have zero idea because of 2 Thes 2:10,11, which began around the 100's -> hence the world as we know it, which should be unrecognizable, that is, if truth had been held.
