The droughts in California go back years. There's an endangered tiny fish called a Smelt which is Native to the Delta. This is part of the reason they don't release water to farmers at times etc. Even though they've done this the fish is still struggling to survive just because of nature.
They're calling for Newsom to resign now over his mismanagement of California during the fires.
They could have captured water from the mountains but let it go to the ocean instead.
I'm just wondering if Nancy Pelosi and Newsom's wineries ever suffer from water shortage in California?
