'Community notes' on X is a very good feature that usually calls out anything provably false, no matter which 'side' post it. Likely why Zuck is heading that way instead of the politically biased 'fact check' sites.
Even AI is only as good as its programming and data sources, often providing incorrect answers.
Taking everything with a pinch of salt and getting to the primary sources, if possible, works as well as anything or just find people/sources that don't lie.
