LOL my last 60 bill showed I feed over 1600kwh to the grid, at 48 cents that would have given me $770 credit. instead I got just under $50
Yeah come winter using the RC aircon can be costly so I use it sparingly though the latest RC aircon use inverter technology so much more efficient. What I do in winter is switch on the heating when the sun is shining if I need it or not, double brick home so that thermal mass holds the heat.
I have an app that displays in real time how much power I am producing, using and sending to the grid. So I can turn on/off the aircon anytime anywhere to manage the power consuption
I see Bradford system is more for commercial use, looks good
Similar concept is the whirlybird, I have two and they are great from preventing a build up of hot air in the roof cavity so that helps the AirCon. LOL might try covering them up in winter
