Now put aside for now if what you say is true or not, fish made the statement there was a gas shortage in general and cost of gas was high because of government regulation. Can you see that did specify Vic and suggested it was at the commonwealth level.
So I replied with a link to the source that Australia's gas production has been increasing year after year and that 74% of that gas is exported so obviously we are producing enough gas and the cost of gas is not high due to lack of supply but because international prices.
Yes Vic can buy gas from the other states, just like other countries buy Australian gas
