That may not be as whacko as it sounds. "The World" is in massive debt and China is not holding everyone else's paper, they are in deep do do too. So obviously The Bankers hold the paper with the Rothschilds the best known of these.
I don't find this as scary as socialists might. They will be trying to get us to eat bugs and into 10 min cities and such but it is not in their interest to destroy the SYSTEM in which they are the major stake holders. Putin or Xi might be crazy enough to destroy the US$ if they had the power but the bankers aren't crazy so they will continue to fund most nations while occasionally picking off delinquent ones that get too far out on the bell curve such as Greece a few years back.
