With prostate cancer for example theres decades of proper data, results and medical procedure results thus one goes to these sources of info to make sure your making the right choice and more importantly to understand why the doctors recommend what they do. If one does this on prostate cancer then i think it would become clear that it's best to go to the quack and let them do what they do. Whereas with diets there is no real proper data and if one thinks about it logically to get proper data on impacts of diets one needs to track multiple groups of people on different strictly maintained diets for decades and this is next to impossible to achieve thus i wouldn't bet ones life on diet people opinions if theres decades of data available like with prostate cancer. The jab was different cause no one had any data so one had to wait for the data to get created and work from there.

yeah , i was giving an example of what a diet can do , of course a doctor or specialist is the first choice , when I was sick I always ran things through the doc , but sometimes they are not the be all to end all , Ive given up sugar mate the aches and pains I had have significantly faded , peeing great , its the hardest thing Ive had to do , giving up sugar its in everything , I read everything as well
