nope ------- It's because England and GB are dying. It's because they exited the EU in some kind of maniacal idea that they could survive better alone
it's because they are totally rooted in the past, they are incredibly stubborn to change
it's because even when they timidly put themselves into the EU - they did it by putting a toe in - they couldn't bring themselves to let go of their currency, their measurements - they had to remain 'British' - the other mob in the EU also hold themselves as what nation they are AND that they are European
the English - have never seen it like that
always half hearted, reluctant and just stubbornly refuse to change - GB is dying. It has merely resumed it's decline as it was declining before it's half baked entry into Europe
