with infostructure maybe 10 years behind the population grown
way too many public servants and red tape
add things like over $600mill for a PNG Foot ball team.....(makes most people vomit)
add now $660 mill for a dud steel works
add the Abo over 1 bill claim on one..1 mine
the list is almost endless
