But those sacking have not taken effect, unless it is those people who are going to be sacked deliberately conducting sabotage
The Helo into the passenger plane, was by a young trainee pilot doing a blind practice run with night vision goggles and no radio through one of the most crowed corridors in the USA ( a recipe for disaster)
The plane upside down did not involve Tower staff but appears to have been either equipment failure or pilot error
The two light planes were at a rural airport with no control tower or ATC staff --- Pilot error
The preceding are just my opinion from what I have read and heard
