Good morning boys, girls and even the local comrades
the season is changing early it seems
this morning , over night we reached only 24
(what happened to the scam called global warning...its missed the gold coast )
for those interested in constructed things
yesterday was a sausage making day,
which produced about 4 kgs plus of sausages from my hands
...(for those thinking, how do they eat so many sausages, well its like this, I give away more than half to others, for free of course, as more and more people enjoy my efforts and even offer to pay for them...but no payment is ever required )

1 Beer sausages, also known as beer sticks, were made for the first time, I added far too much garlic, more to learn
2 Pork 75% beef25% tomato, cheese, onion and garlic
3 Pork 75% beef 25% pumpkin, onion, cheese, ginger
all the above include my secret herbs and spices added
how does that sound Mr Butcher..?
