English local elections on across parts of England today, Thursday UK time.

    from reuters...
"For Reform UK, until less than a year ago written off as little more than a one-issue anti-immigration party, election wins offer it a chance to deepen local networks and cement its place as the best-positioned party to challenge Labour and the Conservatives at the next national election expected in 2029.

As well as 1,641 local council seats and six mayors, also up for grabs is a parliamentary seat representing northern England's Runcorn and Helsby region after its Labour occupant resigned following a conviction for punching a constituent.

Betting odds suggest Reform could win the Runcorn seat and three of the six mayoral elections, while experts see the party winning about a quarter of the council seats. The results will start to come in during the early hours of Friday until later in the day."

Fingers crossed Farage does well with his Reform Party, i think about one third of Mayors in UK are Muslim's believe it or not, might be more i'm not exactly sure but i'm sure i remember reading something like that not long ago.

England or the UK use to be a Christian country, i would say Christianity a much better religion than Muslim or Islam, seems much more peaceful overall to me and Christianity treats women very well in comparison and i'm surprised the UK and England have been allowed to go the way they have when it comes to this sort of thing, why would the English people (More likely the politicians) want to eliminate it's culture or replace it with a different one like Islamic culture when the UK or commonwealth has helped develop and increase the standard of living of many countries round the world which would have never developed so quick and well without such leadership back in the day, fair enough they might not be perfect and i'm sure some harm maywell have been caused at certain times for various reasons but they did bring civilisation and modernism to many places around the globe when they were a powerful force and did obviously help humanity in a forward and positive way overall with Christianity playing a large part to bring people together helping to constructively create civiliised societies that can work together with pride for their respective countries.
