A long way off the highs from a few years ago. Cow prices back 60c kg live over the last 2 weeks. Young cattle and feeder steers also back. The severe drought down south pushing a lot of cattle to northern NSW and QLD. Thankfully there is a good season in these areas. Hopeful turn around for the producer by July. Wet as anything we have ever seen here. Quad bikes getting bogged, utes can’t even get into the paddocks. If you use the tractor you rip everything to shreds.
