Do you remember that the pollies ( don't know which one) decided to charge the excise on when wine was produced rather than when it was sold
So instead of putting wine down for 10/20 years they had to bugger it up with chemicals presumably to hasten the vintage and basically wreck the wine industry
But of course when you go to Canberra they do an automatic lobotomy as it is illegal to have a functioning brain in the Capital
