    The bottom 20% lose $100
The second 20% gain $260 or a 0.6% tax cut
The middle 20% gain $860 or a 1.2% tax cut
The fourth 20% gain $2010 or a 1.8% tax cut
    The 80-90% gain $3380 or a 2.1% tax cut
    The 90-99% gain $9530 or a 3.4% tax cut
The top 1% would gain $52050 or a 3.4% tax cut
People making over $1 mill would gain $79620

The top 5% will reap $1.5 trillion in tax breaks, funded by cuts to Medicaid and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, programs that are of a massive benefit to the bottom 20%.

The CBO forecasts that this bill will see nearly 14 mill Americans losing their health insurance by 2034.
