I’m not a fan of really lean bodies. Especially the very heavy bodies of this steer. Came back with 20mm fat which put him down the rankings in the carcase comp. Probably OK with me for such a heavy body. If you get a t bone off this bad boy you are gonna need a bigger plate. We also have a butcher in town who sells Limo bodies only.
