The other tax cuts in the BB are mainly from Trumps campaign and i suppose you might call them something like a mandate?

I presume this is where you get your impacts of the tax cuts on the lowest paid peoples and i'll come back to that.

Most of these benefit poorer people and middle people and pensioners.
