Only thing stopping Trump from being a full on dictator is the judiciary in the states who are ruling a lots of his executive orders unlawful and/or unconstitutional.
And while Trump accused Biden of weaponising DoJ, Trump is doing exactly that using DoJ to get at his opponent. Just like Dictators do
