IMHO the stumbling block for LTR and the other rare earths is the lack of refining in Australia
Although I am adverse for Gov money to go into any commercial operation this is one area they should support in some way, either through regulation, reduced taxes or seed money to get the ball rolling
With Trump tariff taxes they will increase the cost to export to the USA when they have their own raw product to use
The Labor gov should overturn the Lima Accord they signed in 75 to not process minerals here
