We've been fortunate to be able to help the younger members of the family get a leg-up onto the property ladder but unless things change the best some youngsters will do is to permanently rent their local politician's ninth/tenth house.
Kudos to the current govt for the new limitations on overseas home ownership. Extend that to compulsory sales on properties currently foreign-owned and that will go a long way to help.
