My comments are motivated by the next generation and also because i've worked with Butchers for 20 yrs.
Nothing to do with what i can or cannot afford.
Governments shouldn't have policies which boost the price of housing and neither should the Reserve Bank imo. However if you want more communism and centralised government control of the people bit by bit over time then thats exactly what you do.
