Our eldest son is not your average young buyer. He purchased several years ago before the insane price rises. He was made redundant during the great mining industry purge of 2014. He and another Engineer started their own consultancy business employing just themselves. 10 years later he employs a hundred staff and flies to the US, Sweden and Norway to expand the business. Without the income from such a business he could never afford the repayments. Our second son is trying to get into the market as a single person. Proving to be very difficult.
