Are you aware, that the ones that get Baby sat here, actually get to choose which NDIS property they live in. In short, if they don't like the view out of the window, when viewing the property, they can reject it. Or if it's an extra few K's from family or friends, they can reject it. Basically, the choice of properties, is like a smorgasbord for the potential tenants.
It should be, if you want the free ride, this is where you're going, or you can choose the street.
Hence, in a lot of areas, this has resulted in many untenanted high standard NDIS properties, built for that purpose. Hence many average mums and dads, sucked into investing in a share of these properties, have effectively flushed thousands of their life savings down the toilet.
So, every single area of the NDIS circus, has become a big cash cow, for some of the worst crooks, and sharks going. The Gov has well and truly dropped the ball.
