The storm bypassed us. We turned everything off just in case. Sat and watched the lightning for hours. We had a little rain and little wind. Got a shock when we went into town.
We've had such bland food lately, being good and I'm starving for some custard, cream and chocolate. A rich gateau or cheesecake.

Also after a recipe from Jamie Oliver on a cake. It's an unusal one we made years ago for Christmas and I can't remember how I made it. It wasn't sweet or chocolate - was a funny shape too. Anyhow been requested again and I want to do a trial run.
