The neighbours talk to their dog as if they think it understands.

I come into the house and tell Mandy. We both have a great laugh together lol..
I am sure your two cats communicate well. Its just a matter of learning how they behave and what signals they give.
Sharon and I are very happy that Mandy chose us to be her pets haha.
