Yeh, we at the Butchers had trouble giving them away, resturants and those tv cooking shows made a big difference i think.
I don't think the farmers ever replaced the stock levels they use to have either, from memory there was a drought in the 90's and they had to shoot lots of them and i think since then stocklevels have never got back to where they were but @cowcockie might know more than me on that.
