Just a word about the options ,info.
# They will come into play at anything above 3.5c.
# Being unlisted will encourage people to exercise them early instead of trading them on market ( even if for the sole purpose of selling them as soon as they are exercised)....In other words , if you want to realise some value you have to pay some cash to SMA 1st.....Very clever indeed.
We will see a lot more liquidity "if" SMA moves above 4c....Holders will be partially selling heads to exercise options , that may also find a way into the market.
Early cash for SMA & more liquidity for the vultures.
Consolidation?....May never happen.
