I think it looks like obvious manipulation. Who the hell puts out big sell orders on 29-25cents when the price is at 23 cents. Either they must be stupid thinking that they will get their shares sold at that price. Or their actually pressing the price down for some reason.

Anyone with some brains know that if they want to sell should not put out big sell orders that will never go through unless good news comes. And that it will just make their shares worth even less.

So my conclusion is that its either being manipulated to a lower price so someone can buy cheap shares, or the people who are selling are just brain dead.
