EGO approached MIN when they had problem with production @ RG.
EGO needed a couple of million? , plus a little time to get production back on line
MIN had a look at situation and then sent in receivers - business opportunity for them and their shareholders, no consideration for EGO shareholders.
Hence the rest of the story unfolds.................................................
What happens now??
The biggest error of all maybe the action taken or not taken by EGO when MIN sent the receivers in.
Keep our fingers crossed, not sure but MIN may not be able to get their greedy fingers on the North.
