Nope. Management salaries are transparent, you knew this before you invested so why the issue now. You knew how much money was in the bank, why the issue now. Risk after risk after risk. We know this already. And exactly, most likely you don't know how to run a company of this magnitude, and that's why they get compensated appropriately to do so.

Think about the reason why the people who are in management are there in the first place. It's not as trivial as some make it out to be. Their salaries may be high, but they're transparent, and again it's biotech, what did you expect? You will have your chance to vote in the next election, correct? Maybe act when you can and don't waste their time. They know they're under the pump and have issues to traverse, no need for this imo.
