    Previous history has shown that no news generally means bad news, I think they would be eager to announce anymore patients enrolled. So it's understandable people are getting worryied.
    A bit more clear communication to build shareholders sentiment is a must, no matter how good or bad is always better than nothing.
    telling people everything is on track when it's clearly not isn't a good look. IMO
