Correct, another enrolment may not necessarily be considered material, but there is nothing stopping them from updating with immaterial info if they want to. My only beef is that Bob said in this presentation (at 4 minutes 30) "very optimistic, the phase one study is on track" He also said (earlier in the preso) they were doing preclinical work in other areas - they could use this as a great diversion for him / ibx... but they are silent... Credibility shot unfortunately - I hope those millennial and Gen Z investors who bought in based on his statements have made their money back on bitcoin.
